Ambassador’s Fourth Anniversary
13 July 2013 – Ambassador Baptist Church is thankful to God for preserving and nurturing her through four years of independent existence. Ambassador was sent out as a mission by Maranatha Baptist Church in 2004 and became an independent church in 2009. The church will be celebrating its fourth anniversary with the theme, “Leaving Egypt, Moving On” on July 21, 2013 with a commemorative service. Timothy Lee, Head of the Media Ministry, shares: “We chose this theme as it reflects a period of transition of the church. BLESSED FATHER’S DAY We thank the Lord for the Fathers that He has given us. Fathers, may we lead the home in a manner that honours the Lord, and brings our families to Christ. May our children grow to love Jesus because of our testimony. May we follow our father’s leading and spiritual shepherding. THE VISION God has CONFIRMED for us a great Vision— to win the North for Christ. And a great Mission— A thousand souls for Christ in five years! We want GOD to use us, but we must catch the Vision! THANKSGIVING We thank the Lord for the VBS that has just passed and the children who have come to the VBS. God has used the children’s ministry people and many others to assist in the service of this important outreach. Pleas pray as we follow up on these children, that they may be saved , baptized and added to the church. CHURCH CAMP Kindly note that we will be going to Malacca for Church Camp this year.
